Le Caselle has over 2,000 olive trees and produces around 4,000 quintals of grapes every year. Among the varieties of grapes produced there are: Grechetto, Malvasia, Trebbiano, Procanico, Chardonnay, Verdello, Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Sangiovese, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Montepulciano, Aleatico, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The soil conditions in Umbria and the Orvieto area are ideal for obtaining excellent results in agriculture. The high fertility of the soil is due to its volcanic origins and the numerous sediments that have accumulated and mixed over the centuries, thanks also to a natural infiltration of water which positively influences the health and balance of the vegetation.<\/p>\n
